In An Instant

In An Instant

In an instant Life can change but what you do with those moments dictates how your Life goes…
On Monday evening the 11th my wife and I arrived home from 12 days in Hawaii feeling pretty good and glad to be home. We both thought the “Transformation Book Tour” went well and touched many Hearts plus being with great friends and old connections.

On Tuesday I spent a relaxing day with my wife and enjoyed listening to her laugh throughout the day and having that energy carry over onto Wednesday morning.

We were on a roll and everything seemed to be going great…until Wednesday afternoon when my wife received a call that her younger brother Eddie had a stroke and was taken to the hospital. By the time Thursday morning came he had 2 heart attacks and his brain had no more brain functions. The decision was made to let him go and that early afternoon he transitioned to the other side.
The rest of the day was spent on the task of starting the funeral arrangements for a funeral service that for the most part nobody was ready for.

As we were driving home that evening I thought to my Self just a couple days ago we were on high…and now we are making funeral arrangements.

All in an instant…

I believe in the near future we will reflect back on this moment and understand why everything transpired the way it did… but for now we are going to make the best of each moment.

The reason why I am sharing something so personal with you is because it is my desire for all to understand that Life can shift in an instant… in all directions. That includes sadness and gladness, Love and fear, or living from your Heart or ego. It can all happen in an instant…

There is a mantra or a saying that I tell my Self “I have done what I have done…and all that I can BE. Which is more than enough and for the best and highest good of all…”

That mantra prepares me for when Life shifts in an instant… and to fully live as many moments as possible.

For our best and highest good, all ways…

“I cross bridges with joy and with ease.”
I love “how to’s.” All the theory in the world is useless unless we know how to apply it and make a change. I have always been a very pragmatic, practical person with a great need to know how to do things.
The principles we will be working with at this time are:
  • Nurturing the willingness to let go
  • Controlling the mind, and
  • Learning how forgiveness of self and others releases us.
  • Releasing the Need
Sometimes when we try to release a pattern, the whole situation seems to get worse for a while. This is not a bad thing. It is a sign that the situation is beginning to move. Our affirmations are working, and we need to keep going…
