Just Ask For Help

There was a time when I used to think I had to figure things out all by myself. Heck there were even times when I felt I was all alone…better yet ego had me believe nobody really understood what I what I was going through with any low points of my Life. Sometimes I was too embarrassed to speak up…shame and guilt would keep me in silence that was not conducive to moving forward.

When I raised my level of awareness I realized how silly I had been…and how simple it is to ask for support, assistance, and guidance.

Almost every time I’m in a situation that I can’t just figure out I reach out to someone or something. It can be a friend, a stranger, God, the Universe, nature, a higher power, a book, or even music.

The support, assistance, and guidance are available to us just for the asking…we don’t have to do everything alone or on our own. Remember there is power in numbers and when two or more are gathered there is much power there to plow through any circumstance and with every situation there is a harmonious solution.

Do your Self a favor and ask for the support, assistance, and guidance for any situation you may be going through, and if the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd don’t offer help keep going until the right source comes into your Life.

Keep asking because the help will come…it all ways does.

When it does…
Keep your eyes open
Keep your ears open
Keep your mind open
Most importantly keep your Heart open
Then take inspired action

Afraid of the Past?

Afraid of the past? Now that seems like a silly concept, doesn’t it? How can one be afraid of the past when it has already happened?

Yet when one looks closely at the fears we have for the future, we see they are often repetitions of old fears, or of things that have happened to us or to others in the past.

What is it you fear? Do you fear losing the one you love? Do you fear losing your job, your security?

Look back at your past and see… did you not once ‘lose’ someone or something you loved? Did you not feel that your security was ‘taken’ from you? Consequently, the fears that you hold for the future are a deep rooted trauma that the past will repeat itself….

Relationships, Money, and Health

Everywhere you go someone or something has a viewpoint to give. It could be at the local market as you walk by strangers who are talking, it could be at the checkout stand with all the headlines on the magazines, it could be someone’s positive or undesirable energy, it could be the music that you listen to in your car, or even the words of your loved ones when you arrive home.

Everything, anything, everyone, and anyone are all trying to either intentionally or unintentionally influence you in some sort of way. The downside about all this is that most of humanity has the tendency to accept this influence regardless of what and where it is coming from, and all of this influence gets stored away in the ego which most of humanity lives from.

If you desire and require to live a harmonious Life that entails having what is perfect health, with perfect relationships, and the perfect amount of prosperity, wealth, and abundance that is just right for only you… then there is only one place to go, there is only one place to receive, accept, and experience the influence from.

Your Heart. It is that simple.

Your Heart already knows all of the answers. Your Heart already kNows what you desire and require. Your Heart already knows what is perfect for you in health, relationships, and success.

But do you listen to the influence and guidance of your Heart?

If you are like most you probably listen to your ego as a master guide, which functions from fear and survival mode. I am not saying there is nothing to be afraid of or concerned about, but I would rather have my ego as a servant so that I follow the unconditional Love of my Heart to get me where I am headed.

When you follow your Heart where the seed of unconditional Love resides and was put there by the Creator of all creation you emanate the powerful vibration of Love that you have all ways been. That vibration will heal and empower you to have the resources, people, and situations all come into your space and time for your benefit. Which creates, adds, and accelerates the momentum to continue you on your way… of what you desire and require in your Life.

It is time…and you deserve it.

All the multitude that you believe exists in the world has a common denominator, and that is I. To all intents and purposes, as it is now, I also includes you, as if We are two. In Reality, We are One, and We, the Oneness encompass All, even as there is only I. Metaphorically, I say I have a seat for you beside Me, yet, more accurately, there is no beside Me. There is no outside Me. There is only I, this magnificent burst of light, this all-encompassing love, this simplicity that you make into a puzzle.

Everyone you fall in love with is yourself. Everyone you fall out of love with is yourself. There is no one else here but you and I. More accurately, there is only I, yet you like exchange, and you have not yet quite fully discerned Me or you or however you would like to put it. You don’t yet fully accept Who You are.

You project yourself outside Me when, all along, you are within Me, not really within, really All of Me.

Heaven on Earth

For the most part I rarely watch TV there is not much I care to watch especially the news. The interesting thing that I notice is that if there is something of great importance that I should know about it eventually gets to me so that I am aware of it.

Right now what keeps coming my way is what is going on with our Mother Earth in regards to all the earthquakes and volcanoes. I have heard different scenarios from different people about what is going on and I’m sure in their minds what they speak of is valid and I’m not going to tell you who is right or wrong. What I will do is present a couple of viewpoints for you to ponder…

What if what were going through right now globally was happening without the phone, TV, radio, and the internet being in existence. In other words global communication would be at a much slower pace. Do you think humanity would be talking about it as much with what is going on in other parts of the world? To me because we have the ability to communicate at a much quicker rate than ever before that puts humanity in a heightened alert to either “react’ or “respond” to each current event. I prefer to “respond” as I hear or see events instead of “react” which to me comes across as fear based.

Fear based…

If you are concerned about what is going on globally what have you done personally to shift that energy? Did you do anything yesterday? Today? Will you do anything tomorrow?

It is funny to me that some people are hoping for the best and expecting the worst without doing anything or very little.

Depending on your level of awareness there is something you can do…a simple thought of Joy, a simple prayer of gratitude, touching the ground and honoring the earth for BEing alive, or telling a stranger silently I Love you. Every one of these examples will DO something both globally and for your Self and every one is some form of action that signifies that you care.

That you care…

So do you care? What will you DO to shift the energy and create a better outcome of whatever is happening? We all have the ability to DO something…and if you don’t know how ask someone, but the choice to start is on each of us.

Create Heaven on Earth…if not Now, when?

Are You Enslaved By Your Ego?

What we refer to colloquially as the “ego” is essentially the repository of all the needs that supposedly define who an individual is. I say “supposedly” because in fact that is “not” who they really are, it’s only who they “think” they are.

For instance how many times have you heard expressions like “you don’t meet my needs”? The “my” implies that those needs belong to the individual whose needs they are.

If you look at the impact that such needs have on an individual you will quickly see that they determine how that person’s entire life will unfold.

In other words they become the central organizing principles around which that person will find meaning in their life. That is because a need’s purpose is to generate a motivation to get it filled and as long as there is a need it will press the individual into action to fill it.

So as long as there are needs to be met there will be an internal pressure “forcing” the individual to meet them…

A Suggestion

I have a suggestion for you… something you can do on a daily basis.

For whatever reason most people don’t consciously know what their natural abilities are or the natural gifts they were born with. But yet as we interact with family, friends, and even strangers it is obvious to us to see their true greatness of who they really are…not what they have become.

Granted some may be happy to what they have become but I am willing to bet many more are still wondering how they can have an even more fulfilling Life.

My suggestion to you is to listen to your Heart for the guidance and look into their eyes as you speak to them and water the seed that has always been there within them. Remind them with your words of guidance of their greatness… or of their gifts, strengths, and talents they were born with. My suggestion is different from “telling” people what to do or who they are. All I am asking you to do is to BE a gentle reminder and allow them to remember on their own… because eventually with the spark you created an “aha” moment will happen for them to remember.

Doing this will benefit all concerned and even have an endless positive ripple effect for all…along with having you BEing conscious and fully aware in the moment of your interaction by recognizing what you see, listening to your Heart, and speaking words of wisdom all at the same time.

What you give is what you will receive… which means what you do for others, others will do for you.

Can you imagine what our world would be like if we all reminded each other of our greatness without agenda and without ego?

Our reality would BE one of freedom filled with an acceleration of Love, Peace, and Joy. What a Life that would BE.

I will do my part…will you? If not now, when?

I hear comments from people like “you always have a positive outlook”, “your always doing good”, or “why do you always seem happy?”. That happens because as often as I can I live in Joy by fulfilling my Heart’s desires.

You see a few years ago I made a conscious effort and commitment to not be involved with drama anymore or getting angry, because in either case I was giving away my power to the situation, experience or to the other person.

Please do understand that I do have some down or uncomfortable moments but as time goes by they are becoming less and less, and shorter in length.

Meditation helped and supported me to find and keep my inner strength, peace, and Love. Having that foundation I then focused on my Heart’s desires to keep my Self moving forward in that direction.

What I have come to realize over the years is that regardless of the decisions or choices I make in any area of my Life I trust my Self that it will all work out and as long as I listen to and follow my Heart it always does.

You know why? My focus is living my Joy and Love that emanates from my Heart.

As I listen to others either in private or in public many are either complaining about something that may or may not have happened or about an experience in the past.

So where is their focus? On all the wrong that has happened to them.

What will that type of focus bring? More of the same.

Whatever you give energy to is what you will bring about in your Life. If your conversations are about how much you dislike your job, negative remarks about your spouse, how the government is all messed up, or perhaps how your overall Life just sucks…you are going to get more of the same! Why? Well…where is your focus? What are you giving your energy to?

Actually you are giving your power away…and giving it away to the drama, anger, and negativity you are experiencing or remembering.

One of the biggest reasons you do that is because you don’t trust your Self to get through the experience…it is what I call living in fear or in survival mode.

I trust my Self more than enough so that I don’t point fingers at anyone or anything, blame or fault anyone or anything, and refuse to be influenced or manipulated into any drama or anger.

I allow my Self to BE different…I live in Joy fulfilling my Heart’s desires.

So can you…just start by making that choice to BE different and follow and listen to your Heart.

Are you Willing to Change?

I know — you want everybody and everything else to change. Your mother, father, boss, friend, sister, lover, landlord, neighbor, minister, or government official must change so that your life can be perfect. It doesn’t work that way. If you want change in your life, then you are the one who must do the changing. When you change, then all the other people in your world will change in relation to you.

Let Go

With what experience are you still chained to the past or what superstition are you still holding onto?

I can remember a time when I would remember and feel the “bad” or the uncomfortable experiences as equally if not more than the “good” or comfortable experiences.

It seemed normal to hold on to the experiences that felt painful either through sadness, regret, or even guilt. I even remember being told to forgive but never forget…as if holding onto that memory was going to help me and perhaps make sure it would not happen again. None of what I stated in this paragraph allowed Joy to flow in my Life more abundantly.

Yes I had Joy in my Life but it would be interrupted by thoughts or feelings of the past that I had yet to let go of…especially the ones that were emotionally charged with hurt and betrayal.

I held on to those experiences because I wanted to make sure that I would never experience that hurt again…never, ever again!

So I remembered and kept them…and guess what?

Something would trigger that memory and I would relive that experience as if it was happening right then and there all over again and bringing up the uncomfortable feelings, thoughts, or emotions just as it did the first time.

I was doing the opposite of never, ever experiencing that hurt again! Draining the Joy of the current moment and possibly creating future moments with even less Joy.

So I ask again… With what experience are you still chained to the past or what superstition are you still holding onto? It is not worth it.

Allow me to share what I have done to have much, much more Joy in my Life.

I acknowledged what transpired.

I looked for the guidance that the experience presented and then evolved.

Then I proclaimed the experience to BE “For my best and highest good”.

For the real tough ones to let go I added Ho’oponopono with a powerful end:
I’m sorry
Forgive me
Thank you
and I Love you
I reclaim the power of that experience for my best and highest good.

Those two steps have brought me the Love, Peace, and Joy that I desire or require in my Life and I explain it all in my book “BEing The Titus Concept”.

We are the ones to shift the energy of our world…we are the ones we have been waiting for.

Holy Spirit at Work

In recent years, large numbers of books, tapes, workshops, and seminars have been devoted to previously undervalued concepts such as intuition, flow, guidance, spiritual healing, empowerment, motivation for success, and reinventing ourselves and our work.
