Transformation

Everything in our universe is always changing, shifting or evolving. It is the natural state of BEing. But knowing that is not enough… it’s whether you do it consciously or unconsciously.

Listen you can let Life dictate to you what is going to happen or you can take your Life and dictate what you desire or require thus evolving for your own best and highest good.

That is your choice… that is the “free will” that many others have mentioned. To make informed decisions or choices you have to raise your level of awareness or understanding otherwise you will just keep running into brick walls. To have a path of ease and grace is to kNow and trust who you are and what you are that comes through the understanding of Self awareness.

This is a continuing process… of shedding the old and reborn with the new.

Our world is shedding the old and bringing in the newness of possibilities and the reason why that is happening is because many are consciously making informed choices and decisions that contributes to the collective consciousness. We all can help create a new world…a world that is for our best and highest good.

Transformation… let’s all do it on purpose. So the end result is what desire and require for our best and highest good.

Transformation… it is time.

Measuring Success

As I have worked with people over the years I have seen an amazing thing. People often get frustrated because they aren’t achieving “success.” There are lots of possible reasons for this but one reason I have found that sticks out is that many people allow their definition of “success” to be driven by someone or something else.

Instead, we ought to be looking at our own skills, opportunities, life situations, etc. to determine what it would mean for us to be a success in our own mind rather than someone else’s.

Thus, the key to “success” is all in the head—our head! We develop our own thinking about what it will mean to become a success.

The frustration comes in when we look at what someone else thinks is a success and try to attain it, only to find it elusive…

BE the Light of the World

Keep pursuing your dream or vision… at least keep it alive by occasionally thinking about it.

If your dream or vision has been put in the back burner and perhaps fizzled out take some time to write it out on a piece of paper and place it somewhere that you will occasionally read it.

To BE who you are is to BE the person you were meant to BE. In other words there is Love, Peace, and Joy that exists within the essence of who you are. You bring about that Love, Peace, and Joy by utilizing the gifts, strengths, and talents that you were born with, and that is a big difference in comparison to the ones you have learned since birth.

Your original innocence is your true Self… which is different than the one you have become from the external influences you have accepted.

Reflect back to the simple experiences that brought you moments of Love, Peace, and Joy when you had time all to your Self. When it was just you and Life. Moments that no one can take away from you because it was just you… only you.

You see those are moments you created on your own with the help of the Universe, in those moments you were living your true essence and not caught up with the external influences of others. There was no good or bad, right or wrong, it was just you experiencing the Love, Peace, and Joy of the experience.

Let’s come back to Now… create for your Self a few minutes a day where you are BEing from your Heart’s desires. In doing this it will move you towards BEing closer to realizing your dream or vision. So obviously the more you do it the more freedom you create for your Self, thus allowing you to break the shackles that no longer serve you for your best and highest good.

When you fulfill your dream or vision you contribute to shifting the energy of the world… but most importantly you BEcome the perfect energy that is already you, the essence you were meant to BE.

I look forward to look into your eyes and see the Light of the world, and glad you are sharing your gift…

The Power of Gratitude

Why would I want to be grateful for all of the junk that is going on in my Life? How can I be thankful for all of the uncomfortable things that are going on in my Life? What is there to appreciate when the stuff that is going on doesn’t feel good?

Better yet… how do you expect me to move forward or think positive when I am to some degree scared?

I have been through and lived every one of those questions at some time or another…

It has happened with relationships, money, health, mental and emotional roller coaster rides, and even near death experiences. But, years later I am still here hitting the keyboard for this article.

As I reflect back everything that transpired in my Life had to happen in order for me to BE where I am today. It provided the opportunities for me to grow and evolve, and the chance to present to others my newfound wisdom. Don’t get me wrong there are some experiences in my Life that at the time I would have preferred to not have been through… but somehow I managed to get through them.

If there are a few things I can tell you that will get you through whatever you are going through here they are…

Think back to an experience where you thought it was as tough spot to be in and somehow you persevered and as time went on for the most part everything turned out ok. When you are in an uncomfortable situation kNow that as long you keep taking some action to move forward somehow, someway everything is going to work out.

The less you live in the past of regrets the more you can live in the present which is the most powerful moment to create or recreate your Life. Right Now is the only time you have, right Now is when the past can’t be changed and the future is yet to come. Right Now without the past or the future there are no regrets or worries.

Trust that you have the ability, resources, people or whatever is required to get you through any experience. Whatever it required you had enough to get you to this point in your Life, look for them because they are there for you to have and utilize for the rest of your Life.

But most importantly emanate the energy of any situation as BEing for your best and highest good by telling your Self just that…”it is all for my best and highest good”. Because that is when you begin to shift the energy of the experience… and when it is all said and done say “Thank You”.

“Thank You” is when you reclaim your power back instead of giving it away to fear, anger or hurt. “Thank You” is a vibration of acceptance and surrender without giving up and despair. “Thank You” is a signal to your Self and to the Universe that you are closing that chapter and ready to walk through the door of another opportunity that you rightly deserve.

And “Thank You” is what I tell you for BEing who you are…

Allowing is the Key

ALLOWING IS THE KEY. That, in a nutshell, is what I learned is the key to life, to creating your own life. Those four seemingly simple words are the basis of the power we can harness in life to use for our benefit. It took me many years to learn the power of those four words. The best way to begin is to illustrate an example of what I am talking about in the telling of this short fictional tale.

There was a lone wanderer who had been traveling for many days and had grown weary. One day he stumbled upon an abandoned cabin in the woods. Night began to fall as he peered through the cabin window. Deciding no one was occupying the space, the lone wanderer stepped inside and began to undress.

Finding a small cot in a corner of the room, he tiredly rested his head upon a pillow. The last faint streams of sunlight illuminated a wooden chair a few feet from the cot. Upon the chair the man viewed an object. It sat coiled on the chair perfectly still.

A rattlesnake, the wanderer deduced and began to shiver. His fear of snakes, born in childhood, rose up inside him. The wanderer remained very still as the sun dipped completely below the horizon. His eyes stayed fixed upon the chair throughout the night.
