I think Al and I talked about this a little on one of our BlogTalkRadio shows.

I don’t know about the other presenters, but I can definitely say I feel an incredible rush of energy as I prepare for the event, which is happening in just a couple of weeks.

I’m looking forward to this weekend.
I have been vibrating to the physical touch of others sporadically throughout the last couple of years. In the last 4 weeks I have been constantly on. And while it’s been vascillating in ‘volume’ it would be nice to have some keys / tools to ‘manage’ handling the constant and sometimes over-the-top vibration in my body other than consuming coca-cola for caffeine and sugar to numb the vibrations so I can handle it.
Meditation only increases it.

Dear Al I really liked this description of your playshop in your last newsletter … “Seeds of Newborn Freedom is what our world requires to have lack of limitations.”
I often catch myself creating limitations in my daily life and am constantly on my guard to shift my perceptions. Today I had a call for help from a very dear friend who lives 4 hours away. My initial reaction was to say I can’t do that, I have commitments, work, my van needs mechanical work… but he is whanau (family) to me.
Here in New Zealand we have all been very much aware of the effects of the Tsunami in Samoa, people from our community lost children and are currently in hospital on a long recovery journey. So I decided to take a risk, to put my whanau first, to “get over” the limitations I was imposing on myself. I will tidy up a few things and leave tonight or early in the morning.
So thank you Al for your timely comment.
Good luck with your playshop, I look forward to overcoming my physical location limitation (New Zealand is a long way away) to be able to join you for the next one!
